Travelling and relocations are increasing within the European Union countries. Entry visa are not neccessary anymore and many especially the younger generations are taking the opportunity to try their luck in other countries away from home. How do these people feel in other countries? What are these people expecting from their relocations? Sarahmagazine meets a young lady by the name Ivana who intends to relocate from Ukraine to Germany. Here is her impressions about Germany.

My name is Ivana. I am from Ukraine and been living in Germany since November 2006. I like it here in Germany. There are different interesting and beautiful things that I love in Germany. Compared to Germany, Ukraine is not as rich and does not offer the opportuinities that Germany offers. There are a lot of foreigners including students in Germany that provide Germany with multicultural social scene. This is not the case in Ukraine.

My first impressions in Germany are very positive. Due to the foreigners living in Germany, one encounters different mentalities. I cannot associate a particular mentality to the Germans. I would like to live here in Garmany, though, I am still having some contact problems which I believe are related to the language. I still find myself in situations where I cannot expalin myself adequately. With time, I hope to learn and improve my German language skills.

I studied tourism and hotel management in Ukraine and wish to find a job in this sector. I love to travel and would like to visit as many countries as possible. It is my dream to be able to combine my passion with my profession. Job offers such as modeling wing photo-shoot are not interesting to me. I do not want to be a photo model. So far, I love everything about Germany. Whenever I go back to Ukraine, I would tell my friends that I had a great time in Germany and they should all try and visit the country.

About Ukraine: Ukraine is located in Eastern Europe, lying between Poland, Romania and Moldova, bordered by the black sea in the west and Russia in the east. Its total area of 603,700 sq km makes Ukraine the second largest country in Europe behind Russia. The population of Ukraine as at July 2005 is 47,425,336. Ukraine and Poland are to jointly host the football UEFA cup championship in 2012.
